Prestige Performance Partners offers a range of advisory services tailored to automotive businesses. These include the Dealer Scorecard, Cashflow & Margin Sprint, Fractional Dealer CFO, Stock Turnaround Programme, Export Growth & Controls Desk, Exit / Investor Readiness, Systems & Automation Advisory, and Elite Operator Retainer. Each service is described in detail on our website. Service delivery may include on-site visits, remote advisory, and digital resources. The scope, duration, and deliverables of each service are outlined in the relevant service page and confirmed in writing before engagement.
Payment terms
Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the point of purchase. The Dealer Scorecard is priced at £495 and includes a 90-minute diagnostic, a one-page action plan, and identification of the top ten fixes. Other services are priced on a project or retainer basis as detailed on their respective pages. Payment is due as specified in your invoice or service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All prices are in British pounds and exclude VAT where applicable.
Confidentiality
